Awbrey Butte Patio, Path and Landscape Update

A new addition prompted this new patio, path and landscape.  The wonderful owners of this site on Aubrey Butte added onto their lovely home and found that they needed to link the existing front area to their new updated back area.  

Prior to the addition the couple did not have easy access to the back yard and did not have any sitting area on ground level. They originally had only a deck that gave them an upper level experience of their landscape that looked out to the landscape beyond. To remedy focusing only outward, we decided to create a ground level patio off of a cozy nook of the new wing.   This ground level patio celebrates their glorious yard and their existing, absolutely stunning, tiered water feature. The inward focus on their landscape is perfect for personal time and private respite.
